Class of 1965 Reunion

Students from the first class at Avila College returned to the school for their 49 Year Reunion. Guests enjoyed catching up with old friends over a glass of bubbles and they were then taken on a school tour. Many were amazed at the growth of Avila since they had left 49 years earlier. One member of the Alumnae commented that the students of today are extremely fortunate to have all the wonderful facilities to use each day.

When they reached their old classroom the memories came flooding back and they couldn’t help but sit at the desks where they spent so many hours learning in a different era. A range of memorabilia was on display which prompted many stories and anecdotes from their student days. A wonderful night was had by all and the past students left the College promising to return next year to be part of the Golden Jubilee celebrations.
