Father’s Day Breakfast

Over 100 people attended the Father’s Day Breakfast in the Gathering Space on Friday 4 September.

The Avila Dad’s and their daughters enjoyed a delicious breakfast organised by the Parents and Friends Association. Guests made the most of the opportunity to meet new members of the Avila community and there was a real buzz of conversation in the room.  The Principal Louise Gunther spoke about how important Father’s are in their childrens lives and she made a special mention of the Father’s who have daughters in Year 12 this year as it was the last chance they had to come to Avila College on such an ocassion. She also thanked all of the PFA members who helped to organise the event. The Father’s Day Breakfast was a great success and it was enjoyed by all who attended.
